This two-day course is designed to provide participants with the tools and techniques to initiate, plan and execute projects which may range from launching of a new product line to store opening or to implement new systems or processes.
Participants will use actual projects that they currently work on for the basis of the learning and apply project management tools and techniques to simulate a project life cycle. The course is hands-on, with practice simulations, using forms and templates commonly used in the project management field for effective management of projects.
