Conducted the 2-day Provice Go-the-Extra-Mile Service /Project a Positive and Professional Image WSQ course for a company which is the service provider of the strata management industry. On completion of this course, the learner was equipped with the mind-set to go the extra mile in providing excellent service while demonstrating the qualities and characteristics of a service professional and creating a positive customer experience. The learner was also equipped with the knowledge for the right grooming and professional image required for building confidence and projecting a positive image in the program.
