Successfully conducted a half-day session in April 2022 for key management personnel on WealthFlow Sandtable Simulation Teambuilding Program for a Private Hospital.

Objectives of the Program:

• Building Trust: Through the simulation, participants learned how to understand each other and communicate, building trust to achieve their objectives in the game.
• Collaboration: Participants observed other players, discussed ideas, and strategized to succeed as a team. Emphasis was placed on how to go further together.
• Breaking Silo: Situations were created to challenge participants to break out of their comfort zones.
• Work as Team: Positive team play to achieve better outcomes together.
