Conducted a few runs of the fully customised 2-day Negotiation Strategies, Influencing Skills, and the Service Way courses for various departments of a government-linked corporate client.
The Influencing Skills course will help participants learn to manage the nuances of communication in an organisational context to influence organisational outcomes, and successfully engage with and persuade stakeholders to move towards meaningful action.
The 2-day Negotiation Strategies course aims to equip participants with the negotiation skills to create win-win outcomes in the workplace and handle deadlocks and concessions during conflict and negotiation situations.
The key aims of the Service Way course include to:
- Align their own role contributions and behavioural expectations with the company’s Core Values and Brand Manifesto
- Identify the steps and correct practices to demonstrate good service, manage/sustain customer relations, resolve problems, and manage difficult customer situations
- Formulate ways to turn complaints into opportunities that will manage and exceed customer expectations
