Course Objectives
- To equip participants with the negotiation skills (with reference to the 7 elements approach to effective negotiation from the Harvard Negotiation Programme) to create win-win outcomes in the workplace.
- To lead workplace negotiations successfully through understanding the challenges and preparation needed in conflict and negotiation management
- To communicate with confidence and influence, handling deadlocks and concessions during conflict and negotiation situations
