Conducted a ‘Manage Process Improvement’ Program for the middle management staff of a Government-linked corporate client. This course explored the need for a business process focus, essential steps for process improvement, and critical success factors for making the effort successful. It provided a practical framework for improving processes, process improvement concepts and techniques, and valuable tips on how to introduce process change into the organization to get the most from the improvement efforts.
Program Objectives:
- Develop increased awareness of the need for process improvement aligned with dynamic business needs.
- Work with teams and conduct analysis, measurement, or redesign of business processes for improvement.
- Identify and apply various process improvement tools and methodologies to improve processes.
- Operate within teams to drive effective process improvements through systematic approaches.
