Due to the constraints of the Covid pandemic, DSI conducted a Service Excellence training program fully online over 4 half-days for staff of the MNC pharmaceutical company from India, South America, South Africa, and Singapore in Sep and Oct ’21. The program aimed to train the personnel in excellent service and to enable them to bring their service level to a new height. At the end of the program, the participants would be able to:
- Discover the joy and passion of providing excellent service through a better understanding of themselves, the patients, Next-of-Kin (NOKs), their colleagues, doctors, and service partners.
- Apply the essential skills and useful tools to delight patients and customers to create meaningful service experiences.
- Get into the mind and emotions of the patients and customers and identify what works and what doesn’t in a variety of situations.
- Help employees/colleagues become powerful service ambassadors and raise service levels.
