Conducted a customised course on Enhancing Customer Experience for a cluster of schools. The administrative and operations staff of a few schools came together to learn from each other on how to uplift their customer service skillset so as to take their service level to new heights.
Conducted in one of the schools, the program provided some hands-on skills on how to manage challenging customers and handle difficult service situations in the school.
