Conducted a few runs of the fully customised 2-day Basic Project Management course for a government-linked corporate client.

The course aims to instill the participants with the necessary skillset required for a project manager. During the course, the participants learn to initiate, plan and execute a project, scope a project, identify key activities and requirements for each stage of a project, apply project management tools and techniques to plan and manage a project, evaluate options in a project, and manage conflicting and competing needs and expectations of stakeholders.
