Conducted a 2.5-hour program on Performance Appraisal for the Management Staff of a clinic chain. This program aimed to help participants understand what is involved in assessing employees’ performance on the job and how to help them advance in their careers.

Program Objectives:

  • Provide feedback on individual performance.
  • Motivate staff towards higher performance.
  • Identify talent.
  • Provide an objective basis for recognition and rewards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training, selection, and placement processes.
  • Improve leadership effectiveness in guiding employees to achieve desired results.
