Enthralling, exciting & engaging… DSI Academy had the privilege of speaking at the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) HR Leaders’ event on Customer Centricity on 29 July 2015. The four speakers who graced the event were Mr Khoo Seng-Thiam, MD of FedEx Singapore; Dr Timothy Low, ex-CEO of Gleneagles Hospital; Dominic Siow, EQ Strategist; and Dinah Leong, Director of DSI Academy. Our MD Christina Wong, who was the emcee, hosted the event with zest.
