Negotiation Strategies Course for Corporate Client

Conducted a 2-day Negotiation Strategies Course for the Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, Managers and Senior Managers of a government link corporate client.

 

Course Objectives

◾To equip participants with the negotiation skills  (with reference to the 7 elements approach to  effective negotiation from the Harvard  Negotiation Programme) to create win-win  outcomes in the workplace.

◾To lead workplace negotiations successfully  through understanding the challenges and  preparation needed in conflict and negotiation  management

◾To communicate with confidence and influence,  handling deadlocks and concessions during  conflict and negotiation situations
