Carried out Workplace Learning Consultancy Coach-the-Coach for a private clinic.
The consultancy aimed to:
1. Uplift the service and grooming standards
2. Address identified business performance gaps by enhancing the level of service and grooming standards
The team:
1. Interviewed CEO and Management team to identify:
- Business objectives
- Desired performance service standards
- Identification of performance gaps
2. Focus groups with staff
During the course of the consultancy project, the team co-created and designed the following:
- Development of service standards align with the Skills framework
- Development of grooming standards
- Development of workplace service excellence learning program
- Development of coaching materials
The team also implemented workplace learning on:-
- Train-the-Coach on Service Excellence
- Coach-the-Coach to implement service excellence to all the staff
