Conducted a 2.5-hr program on Performance Appraisal for the Management Staff of a clinic chain.
This program aimed to help the participants recognise what is involved in assessing employees’ performance on the job and how to help them advance in their careers.
Program Objectives
At the end of the program, the participants learned to:
- Provide feedback on individual performance
- Motivate staff towards higher performance
- Identify talent
- Provide an objective basis for recognition and rewards
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training, selection and placement processes
- Improve leadership effectiveness in guiding their employees to achieve the desired results and to develop the full potential of the higher performers
