Successfully conducted a half-day session in April 2022 for key management personnel on WealthFlow Sandtable Simulation Teambuilding Program for a Private Hospital.
Objectives of the Program
• Building Trust
Through the simulation they will learn how to understand each other, and to communicate, in turn building trust to understand how to attain their objectives in the game.
• Collaboration
Observations of the other players are key in terms of understanding resources of team players so that they can discuss ideas and strategize how to collaborate to be successful as an outcome. There will also be emphasis on how together they can go further.
• Breaking Silo
Situations will be created as an upgrade of the game to provide them some situations of how they need to break out of their comfort zones depending on situational gameplay.
• Work as team
Positive team play to support for a better outcome together.
