Louise has almost twenty years of work experience in corporate and consulting organisations. With extensive experience in multi-national human resource service providers, she is familiar with talent management across Asia Pacific. She strategises talent development plans to nurture the talent pool to grow her clients’ businesses and organisations. Over the recent five years, she has built up a portfolio of teaching / training, research, development and design related programmes at national, organisational and individual levels. Her early career was in marketing and the media (three years), and executive search (over ten years). Using Positive Psychology and Appreciative coaching methods (based on Appreciative Inquiry), she relishes people development and supporting her learners / coachees to stretch their human potential.
