Henry is an Organisation Development Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator, Specialist Adult Educator and Lecturer. He has extensive and rich working experiences in both private and public sectors. Henry has also held positions that demanded strategic leadership, human resources management and operational capabilities.

Henry has coached and facilitated numerous programs for mid and senior executives in both private and public organizations. Over the last four years, he has developed and facilitated training for executives which include programs on “human capital” workshop for SME leaders, Contingency’s Crisis workshop for volunteers, Driving a High Performance Team and programs on executive coaching.

Over the last ten years, Henry has taught at various Institutes of Higher Learning on subjects such as Leadership and Decision-making, Performance Management, Human Resource Management & Development and Applied Psychology. He has also facilitated Small & Medium Enterprise workshops on Human Capital for SME Leaders.
