There's a lot of talk of late on raising Singapore's customer service level. Well, that's where DSI Academy comes into the picture. It is currently in the midst of a 2-month long workshop entitled “Enhancing Service Excellence” customised for one of the local university, to further enhance service quality.
Customer service is a wide-ranging topic, thus many concepts and strategies were taught during the workshop. These include understanding personal values, inspirations and purpose, the different personality behavioral profiles, service professionalism, effective communication and of course, handling difficult customers. By imbiding and practising these concepts, the management and department will learn to deliver great customer experiences of their own, for their clients.
